Location is Ideal for any trip in and around the entire St. Louis metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. Located in Unincorporated St. Charles County and in the city limits of St. Peters and Ofallon, MO. Whether you are visiting East to Downtown St. Louis and Historic St. Charles, West to Lake St. Louis, MO and Wentzville, MO, South to Chesterfield, Kirkwood, Clayton and Creve Couer, MO or North to Florissant and Troy, MO; this home is always less than 25 minutes to most of the region regardless what direction you are headed.
Hwy 70 less than 2 miles away, Hwy 364 less than 4 miles away and 40/61 about 5 miles away.

Outside - The large fenced in backyard begins with a large deck furnished with a patio table and umbrella, outside seating area that offers the perfect family seating area and charcoal BBQ pit. KITCHEN - Kitchen is stocked with all you should need to cook a typical meal. This also includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils, children dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, cups, sugar, flower, oil, salt and pepper, coffee and many other spices. LIVING ROOM AREA - The Living Room includes a new beautiful sofa bed with all bedding provided, love seat and an additional sitting chair. A Large Smart TV mounts above the woodburning fireplace and is capable of App TV networks such as Netflix and Hulu and also includes cable TV with box and DVR and DVD player with several DVDs provided.

MASTER BEDROOM - includes a brand new extremely comfortable KING size bed with all bedding provided and matching furniture set. You will enjoy the view through the bay window that oversees the backyard. The Master bedroom's TV equipped with its own cable box and personal DVR to record your shows. The Master also has it's own full bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet.

BEDROOM #2 - Bedroom #2 includes a comfortable queen bed with sheets, pillows and bedding, smart TV, large closet and ceiling fan.

BEDROOM #3 - Bedroom #3 includes a comfortable queen size bed with sheets, pillows, and bedding, closet and TV.

DOWNSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM/BEDROOM #4 - Lower Level is used as a downstairs Family Room, or Bedroom #4. This is the perfect room for a couple, multiple kids, family or group of people. A large mounted Smart TV is equipped for video streaming, App TV networks such as Netflix and Hulu, Charter Cable with box and DVR, DVD and movies and a WII gaming console. Includes brand new sofa bed with pull out bed with all the bedding. The Futon also pulls out to a bed that sleeps 2. For larger groups, 2 double and 1 single air mattresses are available. The area is also perfect for those with several kids. Make a pallet of a bed using the extra covers for a large sleeping area for the little ones.

DINING ROOM - Brand new exquisite Dining Room set with 6 seats and 2 additional stools. Additional chairs located under stairs down stairs should you need to use.

KID FRIENDLY / BABY & INFANTS - Kids young and old love our home. Provided are several totes of kids toys as well as kids play table and chairs, Legos, Books, Board Games, Cards, Puzzles, DVD players with a wide variety of movies to choose from. The back bedroom is great for a baby sleeping in the Pack-N-Play or toddler laying down on the pull out floor mattress. Our home also has the basics such as dinnerware (plates, forks, spoons, bowls, sippy cups), high chair booster seat for dinner table, stroller, pack-n-play, baby bath, changing pad, Bumbo, Baby Gate, baby wash clothes and towels.

LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and Dryer located downstairs.

GROUP SIZES - Perfect for Single Travelers, Small Gatherings, Families with Multiple Children Young and Old, Couple(s) Trips, Large groups of 14+. Ideal for 8-10 adults but can accommodate groups with more than 10 adults.
